You don't need film production expertise or a finished script. A few sentences about what you want to showcase are enough to start exploring the direction.

Questions & answers

A few things worth knowing before we talk.

Will filming interrupt our day-to-day work?

We plan filming to keep disruption to a minimum. Before a shoot in a factory, warehouse or office, we agree on access, timing and the site's safety procedures. If a particular shot needs a pause in operations or additional preparation, we arrange this in advance with the person responsible for the site.

Can you film aerial footage at our site?

We assess aerial filming in the Netherlands for each location and planned shoot. Before confirming it, we check flight restrictions, the qualifications and permissions required, and insurance coverage. If a flight is not possible or conditions are unsafe, we propose another way to capture the scene or a different date.

Do we need a finished script before getting in touch?

No. Start with what you need: introducing a product, showing potential recruits your workplace or telling your brand's story. XDC develops a concept for us to discuss online, then takes the film through shooting, editing, colour and sound.

Where can we use the finished film, and for how long?

The film is made for your communications, whether on your website, social media, in campaigns or presentations. Before production, we agree on where and for how long you can use it, taking music and other material into account. The contract records these terms, including any restrictions and licence fees. We separately agree whether and when XDC may show the finished work in its portfolio.

How long does production take, and when can we give feedback?

Timing depends on the scope, preparation and time needed for review; we agree on a schedule before production. After filming, we share an initial edit so we can review the story together and discuss your feedback. Once the story is agreed, we refine the pace, colour, animation and sound, incorporating further feedback on the finishing work.
